1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must: Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Registration

To create an account, you must provide a valid phone number and verify it using the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your device.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Usage

Redistribution or reproduction of content is prohibited
Users must not modify or attempt to reverse engineer any content

OTT Bharat provides exclusive content for registered users ("OTTians")

The content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content without prior written permission from OTT Bharat.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, User profile or app content at any time without notice.

6. Permissions

Camera and Gallery Access: To set a profile picture, the App requires access to your device's camera and gallery. You can deny these permissions, but certain features may not function properly.

Phone Number: Your phone number is used for account verification and communication purposes. We will not share your phone number with third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

OTT Bharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

10. No Ads Policy

OTT Bharat does not display third-party advertisements within the App. However, we may promote our own content or services from time to time.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
